“Oneness” The ultimate purpose achieved doing what you want to do.

"Oneness"

I received my copy the book Humanification last month, written by entrepreneur Christian Kroome. It states "This book will change the way you look at technology and its effect on us all forever."

What Kroome shows us is how technology is developing exponentially and will result in people becoming free to "do what they want to do" in the near future, because by 2030 "our basic income will probably be fully taken care of."

My interest in his book is that it fits with the work I have been doing on the Cognitive Principle Matrix [CPM] since 2003. That is, using Malsow's hierarchy of needs and assigning groups of principles to those to solve issues related to mental health, including optimum performance, based on flow. Exponential growth occurs in a state of optimum flow or vice-versa.

Kroome work is based on Maslow's original seven levels of needs. If I adapt my model to fit with Kroome's model then the consolidated model looks like this:

Note: As you move from level 1 to level 7 the purpose at each level is more aligned to each other, until you get to "oneness" the ultimate purpose in life.

What CPM says is that at each level you need principles to maintain your mental health, while successfully moving to the next level.

In simple terms, technology can be for the benefit of profit [investors], product [entrepreneurs], people [everyone else]. While technology has brought many benefits to the community, its primary driver has been largely unchanged, namely:

  • During the first five levels of technology, the order has been Profit-Product-People.
  • During level six we have an opportunity to be Product-People-Profit
  • During level seven the order needs to be People-Product-Profit. If technology takes away 80% of the existing jobs, then people need to be given a social wage, otherwise there will be social disruption.

Level 6 technology will reduce the cost of energy, transportation, communication and all other goods and services. At level 6, we will also start of get rid of profit through decentralization and cutting out the middleman. But at level 7 we need to recompense those people who are cut from the supply chain.

Example in the shift to level 6 & level 7 technology.

How we operate at level 4/5 technology to make a "T-shirt"

  • With automation the job is lost in Country A and the product is manufactured in Country B. The cost of the T-shirt drops from $25 to $10. The person who looses their job in country A is worse of, but other consumers in country A, who have a job are better of because the T-shirt is now only $10 or
  • With outsourcing the job is lost in country A and the product is made in a poor country [B], with low wages. The cost of the T-shirt also drops to $10. The same applies in country A as in the above example, but in country B a worker [exploited] now has a job, but is only paid 10 cents for making the T-shirt.

How it should operate in level 6/7 technology.

  • The consumer in Country A makes his own T-shirt using a 3D printer and recycled materials and a total cost of $1. There is no middleman profit. The "new system" pays the worker in Country B 10cents, and worker stays at home. The consumer in Country A pays an additional $1 into the new system, to support those on a social wage.
  • Level 6 and 7 technology reduces the cost of living in Country A by 80% as explained by Kromme. The $10 T-shirt, now costs $2.10 The result is that those who want to work to earn money can and those on a social wage contribute however they want to.

How to maintain mental health at level 6 & 7.

  • Our spiritual brain drives us to rise above our own fear and greed.
  • Studies on Maslow's "transcendence" or "self-actualization" showed that only 1-2% of the population can reach this level at any point of time. However, the restrictions of the demands from lower levels have been significant up to the present time.
  • If the current level 6 technology can be based on the principles of wisdom, using justice, integrity, truth and honesty, then people will exchange greed and materialism for freedom to "do what they want to do".
  • People are driven by attachment or relationship needs, therefore they will help others if they can. People on higher levels will help those on lower levels. For example, if all people in the world have internet access and advanced communication [eg. holograms] , and can speak a common language, using translating equipment, then a person in a Western country may exchange a virtual experience with a person in an African country. The westerner provides assistance through education, while having a virtual experience of living within the African family. There is no cost involved and our subconscious brain cannot tell the difference between a real or virtual experience.
  • We have lift our communication levels to achieve the mental health at level 6 & 7. Optimum flow and exponential growth occurs at the top two levels.
  1. Level 1 & 2 use arguments/abuse
  2. Level 3 & 4 use Discussion/argument
  3. Level 5 uses Dialog & Empathy
  4. Level 6 uses Empathy
  5. Level 7 uses Empathy and Bonding.
