Innovation using flow

Innovation using flow

In Cognitive Principle Theory innovation using flow is based on these 7 elements:

1. Spiritual intelligence to control human nature That is, unconditional giving to control greed and unconditional acceptance to overcome fear.

2. An environment which supports unconditional principles, such as trust, respect, acceptance and commitment and encourages them to grow.

3. An environment where there is balance between support and challenge. Enough support to create “2.” above and enough challenge that support doesn’t drift into fantasy.

4. The assembly of competence and expertise, plus the motivation to achieve an outcome.

5. Based on hope, not goals. Where a goal is a vision with a pathway leading to an outcome, whereas, hope is a vision with no pathway.

6. Where “flow” is understood to be more valuable than logic. Logic is conscious, where the brain operates and 40 bits per second. Flow is subconscious and operates at 40million bits per second. Flow comes from the “10,000 hour rule”

7. Communication is based on dialog, not argument or discussion. True dialog can only happen in where spiritual intelligence is present.

Innovation using flow will produce better results in a faster time and with more employee engagement.
