How to achieve goals without anxiety
The Cognitive principle Matrix is based on 7 truths. The 6th truth is;
Control versus Responsibility.
“Why you need control and no responsibility to achieve your goals!”
Cognitive Principle Matrix states that you should use principles to support logic and then form a conclusion. You should then take control of your sub-conscious mind and accept no responsibility for the outcome.
The first step is to select from the following principles, apply them using logic, and make a decision and form a conclusion:
To have Motivation, use: hope
To achieve Influence in life, use: assertiveness, calmness, courage, patience, persistence, and self-control.
To develop Relationships, use: trust, respect, acceptance, love/loyalty, empathy, faithfulness and gratitude.
To improve Communication use: dialog [not arguments or discussion]
To overcome Fear and Resentment use: forgiveness and suffering [grow principles]
To achieve Self-fulfilment, use: love, peace and joy.
After you have applied the above principles and arrived at a decision [goal] and a course of action, you should then leave the outcome to your subconscious mind and not try to consciously think your way through the steps. The more experience and skill you have the less you should think.
A simple example of this is playing golf. Once play has commenced, you logically select the club you need, then select hope, calmness, patience and self-control and hit the ball, but do not think consciously about the shot, either before or after you hit it, otherwise you may trigger another subconscious patterning system that ruins your game. Once the game has started the conscious mind is only responsible for providing focus, awareness and activating a principle, but not comparative thinking. eg “I should”, “I could”.
Remember the Cognitive Principle Matrix rule:
Mistakes are good, they lead to guilt, which triggers self-control, commitment and improves skill levels and therefore reduces the need to think consciously
Failure is bad, it leads to shame, which triggers blame, avoidance and weakens skill levels and leads to more conscious thinking.
While your conscious mind is aligned with your sub-conscious mind then you take no action. However, if your sub-conscious mind gives you thoughts, feelings or body reactions which are not in alignment with your goals, then you take the following steps:
Forgive yourself for your negative thoughts, feelings and body reaction, but take no responsibility for dealing with the issues raised by the sub-conscious mind.
Remind your sub-conscious mind what the goal is and tell it to continue to achieve it and not to distract itself from the goal.
If it continues to raise negative thoughts, feelings or body reactions, then use more forgiveness. Just repeat the word “forgiveness” and do nothing else.
The subconscious mind is a patterning system with no logic. It works on resolving issues, which are often negative habits from the past. If you accept these with no resistance, then it will go on to the next unresolved issue, but it will leave you with new insights and further develop your self-awareness about the goal you are trying to achieve.
This process will teach you how to achieve goals without anxiety.
